Michał is an aerospace engineer, lecturer, and researcher specializing in aircraft engines, propulsion systems, and aerospace design. Since 2023, he has worked as a Design Engineering Instructor and Payloads & Structures Engineer at Boeing, where he focuses on engineering training and design quality. Since 2013, he has also been a lecturer at the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Rzeszów University of Technology.
In the past, Michał worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Fluid Noise Group at UNSW Sydney (2016–2017). He also worked as a consultant for the National Centre for Research and Development and as a technologist at Military Aviation Works No. 3 in Dęblin. There, he specialized in SO-3 turbojet and TV3-117 turboshaft engines.
Michał holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics from Rzeszów University of Technology. His research focused on micro turbojet engines. He also earned an MSc in Aerospace Engineering. He is a CATIA V5 Certified Instructor and the author of more than 30 scientific publications on turbine engine technology. His notable projects include NATO STO AVT-357 DECS, advanced aerospace demonstrators, and commercial micro gas turbine engine design support.
